Booking Terms
Your session and payment
Full payment of the selected session fee is required when booking. Your appointment is secured once payment is successfully received and your booking confirmation is issued.
The price, duration and inclusions shown for your selected experience apply to your booking. Digital images, albums, prints and other photographic products are purchased separately unless expressly included.
Included product credit
Any included print or product credit can be used towards eligible purchases at your private image viewing. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred to future purchases unless agreed in writing.
Extras and upgrades
Extras requested through the booking form are subject to availability. They are not included in today’s payment. We will agree the price with you and send a separate invoice before confirming them.
Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Where reasonable notice is provided, we will normally transfer your session payment to a new available date.
Cancellations and missed appointments
If you cancel, repeatedly reschedule or miss your appointment, any amount retained will reflect reasonable losses directly resulting from this, taking account of costs saved and whether we can refill your appointment. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Statutory cancellation rights take priority where applicable.
Late arrival
Please arrive at your booked time. Late arrival may shorten your session to avoid affecting later appointments. If there is insufficient time to provide the session safely, we may need to arrange another date; any additional charge will be explained and agreed. Equally, we cannot accept you into the studio earlier than your allotted time, we may have another session running.
If we cannot provide your session
We will offer an alternative date. If no suitable alternative can be agreed, we will refund payments for the session and any extras we cannot provide.
Comfort, safety and privacy
You must be aged 21 or over. Please tell us about relevant access requirements, allergies or support needs. Your choice of poses, clothing and level of undress remains yours throughout the session.
Your photographs remain private unless you separately give permission for sharing.
Your agreement
Please read the full Client Photography Agreement before your session. We will send it for signature, together with your questionnaire, after booking.
